The Role

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage [end-to-end processes] [.... process]. [For client roles] You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
processes, from
sourcing to onboarding
.
Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles such as
Data Engineers, Project Managers, Software Engineers, .NET Developers, Microsoft Technology Specialists, Front-end and Back-end Developers
, etc.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels and recruitment tools to identify top talent.
Provide
market insights
and competitive intelligence to support hiring strategies.
Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the
ATS (Workday)
.
Drive strong candidate and stakeholder engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
3-6 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
, preferably in a corporate or large-scale hiring environment.
Proven experience handling
end-to-end recruitment
across multiple technology domains.
Strong
stakeholder management
and communication skills.
Confident,
vocal
, and assertive personality with a proactive approach.
Hands-on experience with
ATS systems (preferably Workday)
.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring (15-20 positions/month).
