Customer Manager - I/WA/A

Full time position for customer manager based at Surat, Gujrat.

About you

In addition, you have:

• Minimum qualification: Engineer - preference will be for Ceramic and Metallurgy
• 7-8 years of experience in Sales
• People with on-site experience are also welcomed.
• business administration experience in an industrial enterprise is must.
• Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
• Knowledge of the internal core processes (pricing, budgeting and controlling)
• Commercial understanding.
• Profound knowledge of products and production facilities.
• Expertise in SAP-MM and MS-Office are preferred.
• Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
• Strategic Thinking and Action, Market and customer orientation, Result orientation, Innovation and Change, Leadership, Communication and Co-operation, Diversity
• Co-ordinate with Internal stakeholder for their requirement.

About the job

We are currently looking for a high performing customer manager to help us meet our sales revenue targets, maintain & further build relationship with Customer for India Region on a full-time basis. This position will be based at Surat, Gujrat.

Your responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit the sales target.
• Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company\'s presence at customer site.
• Costing, objective setting, maintaining performance record and inventory.
• Identifying potential risk, competition activities, new projects etc which can directly or indirectly affect the Company\'s presence.
• Ensuring on time deliveries to customer site as per contract.
• Ensuring on time payment collection from customers
