Job Responsibilities
- Design & development of Exterior Lighting parts
- Light technique development
- Ensure quality of the Product, timeline of project milestones & deliverables in the projects
- Construction & design of Lighting component as per regulation.
- Supplier Management for development & Testing
- Cross functional teams (CFT) co-ordination within Mercedes Benz
- Cost management, Release management & Change management
Technical Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of Mechanical/ Electronics & Environmental influence on the component.
- Knowledge of Design, development & Automotive regulation
- Professional position utilizing engineering education to design lighting systems
- Tooling & manufacturing process of mechanical/electrical component
- Knowledge of plastic part development
- Excellent understanding of design techniques and Great communication skills
- Hand on CAD software, NX preferable
