Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency
):
Strong understanding of hood/fender design, joining techniques, and surface quality standards.
Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA/NX), GD&T, and BIW measurement systems.
Experience in BIW or exterior panel launch roles.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
A degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Automobile, or Manufacturing, is typically required
