Promoting cattle feed products and providing technical guidance to dairy farmers in Maharashtra for improving milk production and farm profitability. The role focuses on farmer training, feed adoption, and field-level support in collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company's cattle feed products among farmers, dairy owners, and dealers in Maharashtra.
Educate farmers on balanced ration, feed management, mineral supplementation, and overall nutrition practices.
Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs to showcase feed benefits.
Provide on-field technical support and ensure feed performance monitoring.
Assist in feeding plan preparation to optimize milk yield and cattle health.
Support the sales team through technical training, joint visits, and guidance.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and veterinary professionals.
Address farmer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
Organize and participate in awareness camps, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Submit regular reports on field activities, farmer feedback, and feed performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year experience in cattle feed, animal nutrition, or livestock extension.
Good understanding of cattle nutrition, farm management, and feeding techniques.
Excellent communication skills for farmer interaction and training.
Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra; own two-wheeler required.
