Overview:

- Incumbent will be responsible to improve Extended warranty Sales

Job description:



- Improve extended warranty Sales within the territory by keeping track on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Analyse and Understand ground level reasons for performance variance and initiate actions based on structured weekly improvement plan

- Visit Digital stores at regular interval and update the store on the conversion and ensuring growth in all segments.

- Perform market mapping on competitive advantage Vis a Vis competitor on monthly basis and recommending corrective action on analysis.

- Ensure value and benefits of new product launch information is understood by store personnel and implemented at stores.

- Assist the Service Centres by resolving their queries or doubts pertaining to products.

- RCP Training to all Service Centres staffs( Engineers/ backend staff/ASM/SM)

- Responsibility of achieving RCP/RHP/ PMS/Digi secure/ Solutions Sales Target -Monthly .

- Responsibility of Improving Solution sales Business in assigned digital Stores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
