Overview:

R&D External Innovation Data Analyst
Responsibilities:

Data Collection, Entry & ManagementCollect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem. Perform data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database). Assist in maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of our data systems. Ensure that quality assurance standards for data entry are adhered to by database users. The candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several commitments simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.

LMS / CRM Platform SupportCustomize and configure the LMS platform; implement LMS workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline processes and improve data visibility. Manage inquiries and requests for assistance for the Leads Management System in a timely manner. Take responsibility for training and roll-out of this key information management tool to key functional areas in R&D. Good experience with various LMS, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Microsoft Dynamics) data collection and management.

Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze LMS and other data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to external innovation activities. Use MS Suite (Power Tools) for data analysis and reporting.

Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance the functionality and user experience of LMS and other software systems. Develop and implement best practices for data entry, maintenance, and management within the LMS and other software systems.

Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D Stakeholders, IT and with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless data exchange, integration and communication. The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably related to science or IT, is required for this position.
