Jeevan Rekha Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced
ECHS Coordinator
to manage daily ECHS operations. The candidate must have strong communication skills, good administrative abilities, and hands-on experience with ECHS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with ECHS beneficiaries, internal departments, and ECHS authorities.
Manage patient registration, documentation, approvals, and billing processes.
Ensure timely processing, submission, and follow-up of ECHS claims.
Maintain accurate records, patient data, and documentation.
Handle patient queries and support them with ECHS procedures.
Follow up on pending approvals, referrals, and claims.
Ensure smooth coordination between hospital departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare administration preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience
as an ECHS Coordinator or in hospital administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Professional, punctual, and patient-friendly.
Immediate joiners preferred.
