Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Female Tele Sales Executive

to join our growing E-Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads, and promoting our pharmacy products and services to potential customers. A strong ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain E-pharmacy products and services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information. Convert leads into sales and follow up with existing customers for reorders. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through CRM tools. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations and pharmacy team for order fulfillment and issue resolution. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or sales tools. Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates:

Female candidates with a passion for sales and healthcare. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare sales background will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
