We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Export Sales - Sr. Executive/Sr. Manager
to drive international business growth for our fencing products. The role involves identifying and developing new export markets, managing existing overseas clients, and ensuring timely execution of export orders. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with export documentation and regulations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international sales, preferably in the
steel/fencing/building materials and manufacturing industry
, with strong negotiation, communication, and market research skills. This role requires frequent interaction with global clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets for fencing products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and direct clients.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of trade with international buyers.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Handle export documentation such as LC, invoice, packing list, shipping documents, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and international business meetings to promote products.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business strategies to management.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
export sales processes, Incoterms, and international trade compliance

Proven track record in
B2B sales/export sales
, preferably in
steel, fencing, wire mesh, or building material industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships across different countries and cultures.
Should be able to reach out leads through various channels.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google spreadsheets.
Calling at late or early hours as and when needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

of proven export sales experience in a manufacturing industry (fencing/steel/construction products preferred).
