Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably CPET, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
MBA/PGDM in International Business (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience:
8-12 years of proven experience in
B2B international sales/exports
.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.
Track record of developing international B2B markets .
Prior experience in handling exports in
SAARC countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka)
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
sales & export strategies
aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and channel partners.
Represent the company in international
trade fairs, B2B exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets
.
International travel
to expand and strengthen business as and when required.
