Company Description Neelam Global Pvt. Ltd. (NGPL) is a dynamic emerging player in the primary packaging industry, catering to pharmaceutical companies. NGPL aims to provide the highest value to customers in terms of service, quality, and technology. Role Description Development of new business and handling of existing export business. Independently generating leads and achieving the targets on timely basis. Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Participating in exhibitions, and visiting customers and potential clients for growing the sales. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience of export sales into pharma packaging, raw material or packaging machinery. Understanding of Export and International Sales processes and regulations. Proven track record in key account management and new business development. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines Team Player, Disciplined and self-motivator, with a go getter attitude
