As part of our strategic global expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our international sales efforts and build strong global partnerships.

Position Summary:

The Export Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving international business development, developing and managing distributor networks, and crafting and executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies for our range of domestic appliances, with a special focus on convection heaters. The ideal candidate is a result-oriented, analytically sharp professional with at least 8-9 years of relevant experience in domestic appliance companies, preferably with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Drive export sales across targeted international markets by identifying, developing, and managing distributors and B2B partners.

- Analyze global market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and product positioning.

- Prepare and execute market-entry strategies, pricing models, and sales forecasts.

- Achieving revenue targets and growth objectives across geographies.

- Attend and represent the company at global trade shows, exhibitions, and distributor conferences.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

- Develop B2B and B2C marketing strategies tailored to different international markets.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create product brochures, datasheets, and other marketing collaterals.

Lead international digital marketing efforts in collaboration with digital teams (SEO, paid campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze market insights to refine product positioning.

Product & Technical Coordination

- Work closely with R&D, technical, and manufacturing teams to conceptualize and launch new products aligned with global customer requirements.

- Develop strong product knowledge to support sales discussions, training, and customer engagements.

- Liaise with quality and compliance teams to ensure international certifications and standards are met (CE, RoHS, etc.).

Distributor & Partner Management

- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard international distributors and ensure robust sales performance.

- Negotiate distributor agreements and manage contractual compliance and relationship governance.

- Train and support distributor sales teams with the necessary product and market knowledge.

Logistics & Export Operations

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely international shipments, export documentation, and customs compliance.

- Monitor inventory levels for export products and coordinate planning with production.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA with a focus on sales and marketing is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commerce, or related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of domestic appliances, with at least 3-4 years in export sales.

- Prior exposure to heater, fan, air cooler, or small appliance category is highly desirable.

- Experience of both B2B and B2C channels, especially in dealing with international distributors and trade shows.

Functional Skills:

- Strong sales and marketing analytics - ability to read data, draw insights, and take action.

- In-depth understanding of consumer appliances market and product lifecycles. Knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, and shipping documentation.

- Proven ability to manage multi-country distributor relationships.

- Excellent understanding of fundamental marketing concepts, positioning, pricing, and promotions.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP tools, and digital marketing techniques.

Work Environment & Travel:

- Based out of Hyderabad headquarters.

- Extensive international travel (30-40% of time) is required for distributor visits, trade shows, and business development.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive CTC of Rs.15 Lakhs per annum (negotiable based on experience and capabilities).
