Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BBA / B.Com/MBA Sales & Marketing / diploma in Export management

Experience: 3-8 years of experience in a Export Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager role within a manufacturing or engineering company Preferred: Experience in machine manufacturing or engineering manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export sales and marketing strategies to achieve international business targets. Identify new overseas markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities. Manage and grow relationships with international clients, agents, and channel partners. Prepare export sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans. Handle export documentation, compliance, and coordination with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with overseas customers. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and company policies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in global markets. Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. Manage participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management. Resolve customer complaints, claims, and after-sales support issues in export markets. Ensure timely realization of export proceeds and manage risks related to foreign exchange. Build and lead the export sales and marketing team, if applicable. Represent the company professionally in international business dealings.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ?50,000 per month (CTC) Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
