We are seeking a Export Sales & Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in export sales and marketing with operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, preparing export/import documentation, and ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations. Proficiency in CRM systems and a solid understanding of export processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities across domestic and international markets through targeted sales strategies.
Identify and engage with potential clients to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to product availability, pricing, terms and delivery timelines.
Track and manage sales order lifecycles from quotation to delivery and post-sales support.
Prepare, verify, and manage all
pre- and post-export documentation
(invoice, packing list, COO, BL, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
Liaise with
customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearance agents
to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders.
Preparing quotations, product catalogues and technical documents for client review.
Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Assist in planning and executing
digital marketing campaigns
to promote products and services across domestic and global markets.
Create and schedule
content for social media platforms
to build brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
3-5 years of experience
in export-import operations, documentation, or logistics.
