Role & responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals
Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, agents, and key customers
Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and channel partners
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international customers
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements
Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support for export accounts

Export sales revenue and profitability

Distributor performance and retention
