Job Description

1. Position Overview



The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving international sales, expanding global market presence, and managing export operations for AGRIVE FOOD PRODUCTS PVT.LTD. The role involves developing export strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop new international markets to expand the company's global footprint. Achieve export sales targets and growth objectives set by top management. Conduct market research to analyze global trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities. Generate and convert leads into new business partnerships.

B. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and negotiate pricing and terms. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.

C. Export Operations & Documentation



Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Oversee preparation of export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, COO, LC documents, shipping instructions, etc. Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade standards.

D. Strategy & Reporting



Develop long-term export sales strategies aligned with company goals. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management review. Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to maximize profitability.

3. Required Qualifications & SkillsAcademic Qualifications



Minimum Experience:

3 to 5 years of proven experience

in: Export sales International marketing Overseas client handling Global business development Export documentation & shipping coordination

Professional Experience



Agriculture / Agro products Food products / FMCG Manufacturing / Trading (import-export)

Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to travel internationally when required. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
