Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Market Research:

Identify and generate new international business leads through online research, trade portals, and other sources. Perform data minimization to create clean and relevant lead databases.

Client Coordination:

Communicate effectively with international clients over email and calls. Arrange and track sample courier dispatches, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. Maintain professional communication with fluency in English.

Export Operations Support:

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for sample and commercial dispatches. Assist in basic export documentation and filing.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain and update lead tracker, client database, and sample dispatch logs. Create and manage reports in MS Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and other tools.

Required Skills:



Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.). Strong English communication - both written and spoken. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Understanding of export process and logistics (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
