Export Sales Manager

Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development



Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new international markets, customers, and business opportunities. Generate leads through global platforms, exhibitions, and networking. Manage negotiations, pricing, and closing deals with international buyers.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key global clients. Provide timely communication and support to international customers. Handle customer queries, order follow-ups, and service-related concerns.

3. Export Operations & Documentation



Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for timely dispatches. Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, LC, etc.). Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation accuracy.

4. Market Research & Strategy



Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Recommend product improvements and market-entry strategies. Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

5. Coordination & Internal Communication



Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams for order planning. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and credit management with overseas clients.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
