Role Overview
We are looking for experienced
Export Sales Agents
to help us find new international buyers and grow our global B2B business. The role includes finding leads, calling buyers, handling enquiries, and closing orders for our granite products (blocks, slabs, monuments).
This role suits someone with
real export sales experience
who is comfortable talking to overseas clients, negotiating, and handling the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Find and contact new international buyers and importers.
Cold call leads, including during US/Canada timings when needed.
Use Volza, EXIM data, and other tools to build a strong list of buyers.
Handle all incoming enquiries from first call to order confirmation.
Understand granite quality and finishes (training will be given).
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and terms.
Keep proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and orders.
Coordinate with production and logistics for shipping and documentation.
Reply quickly and professionally to all international emails and calls.
Travel occasionally
for trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
Share updates on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
in granite, stone, building materials, ceramics, or similar industries.
Good knowledge of export pricing, shipping terms (FOB/CIF), and documentation.
Comfortable with cold calling and sometimes working during overseas hours.
Strong English
communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
