Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow export sales and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners.
Manage and coordinate international sales and marketing activities.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and laws.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on export sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the masterbatch or plastics industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
