Job Title: Export Manager / Export Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Export Manager is responsible for handling international sales operations, developing overseas markets, managing export documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment of goods outside India. The role focuses on growing global business and maintaining strong relationships with foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage international sales leads and convert them into long-term business.
Identify new export markets, customers, and business opportunities.
Communicate with overseas clients regarding orders, pricing, samples, and product requirements.
Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, BL/AWB, certificate of origin, etc.
Coordinate with production, logistics, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment of export orders.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international buyers.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and documentation standards.
Monitor export shipments and update clients on delivery status.
Achieve export sales targets and provide regular MIS reports to management.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meetings when required.
