INTERNATIONAL SALES
GROZ ENGINEERING TOOLS PVT. LTD.
Dy. Manager / Manager International Sales
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: up to 15 Lacs
Education: Management Graduate / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, PG/ MBA-
International Sales
Customer Mapping: Identify opportunities to sell a product/ service best suited the
needs of clients, understanding the customer from business point of view.
New Customer: Identifying the point of contacts for new business opportunities,
maintaining client contact data.
Ensuring timely payment collection / follow up.
Quotation follow ups and timely updation in CRM.
Solution Designing: Need identification & understanding the problem and propose
suitable solution to the client.
Client Communication: Making presentations and demonstrating potential that the
product will meet / suitable for customer.
Closing the deal: Analyzing cost & sale, Submitting quotes, Negotiating contract terms
and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
MIS: Preparing timely reports.
Candidates from Industrial, Consumer durable, Electrical preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication both verbal & written is very important
Having foreign language skills will be of additional benefit but not mandatory.
Computer skills are very essential especially ability to handle excel sheets & power
point.
Good relationship management.
Understanding of various sales channel
Must have travel experience & the flexibility to travel to different countries
