Job Description

Scope of Work & Responsibilities :-

1.Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods & products, Responsible for negotiate with variety of people, such as shippers, Agents and vendors and expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers by coordinating with Export Document Personnel.

2.Generate Revenue from Export using various channels of resources. (Newspaper Advertisement, Telephone Diary, Magazines etc.) Maintain and check online web portal, checking of inquiries and follow up and finalize the deal with confirmation of directors

3.Generating of Performa Invoice and communicate with the client, Collection of payment from Export Clients and follow-up on time

4.Maintain the Client Data base and sent report regularly to management.

5.Coordination with export Document executive keep yourself in loop for complaining the to provide the shipment on time

6.Timely Complete the Order Delivery with coordinating with Production staff

7.Responsible for conduct and Co-ordinate exhibitions in PAN India & Abroad.

8.Optimal information about new international trade and opportunities collected abroad Enlargement and maintaining of the contacts network, trustworthy relationships Up to date business information system showing opportunities and threats.

9.Responsible to keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process. Negotiate with the clients after discuss and concern of the Directors and close the deal. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits

Preferred candidate profile :-

-Min. 2 to 10 years of experience in Export (sales & marketing)

- Candidates with

FMCG

experience is preferred.
