We aim to create sustainable and eco-friendly products to promote a balanced plant-based future. Our company has won the best Plant-based Manufacturing Company of the year 2025 organised by Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai and won ThinkBig Awards in Nov 2016 organized by International Women Entrepreneurs Federation called Weconnect International. We sell our products in 31 countries.



Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Sales Executive

to support and expand our global sales operations. The role involves

identifying new international markets, generating qualified leads,

maintaining client relationships, and assisting in achieving export sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for global business, and experience in international sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets and b

uild a strong sales pipeline. Research international markets, analyze trends, and study competitors to support sales strategy.

Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

to convert leads into business opportunities. Assist in

negotiating pricing

, contracts, and terms with international clients and distributors. Maintain accurate client data and sales activities in

CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams

(logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth order execution. Support participation in trade shows and promotional events to increase global brand visibility. Ensure compliance with

export documentation and international trade requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service

and maintain

long-term client relationships.


Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred.

2-5 years of experience in B2B international sales, export marketing

, or business development. Strong understanding of

export procedures, documentation, and logistics.

Excellent communication

,

negotiation

, and

interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. (Zoho CRM is preferred)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Fluency in additional languages is an added advantage.
