Export Sales Executive

Job Description

The Export Sales Executive will support the company's international business growth by identifying overseas opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing export operations efficiently. The role requires hands-on experience in export documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination between clients and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment in the food, pharma, and nutraceutical sectors.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social platforms, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop new international business opportunities for food, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical products.

Research potential buyers, distributors, and agents in assigned regions.

Handle inquiries, quotations, and pricing negotiations with international customers.

Prepare and process all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and health certificates.

Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of export orders.

Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance under FSSAI, WHO-GMP, HACCP, and other export norms.

Support in preparation for trade shows and international exhibitions.

Track shipments, follow up on payments, and handle post-shipment documentation.

Maintain a database of clients, markets, and competitor intelligence.

Prepare weekly sales and market reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Proven experience in

social media management

and

digital lead generation

. Strong understanding of

SEO, SEM, and paid marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of

graphic design tools

(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred). Familiarity with

WordPress

or other CMS platforms. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw insights. Creative thinker, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
1.1 Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.

2-3 years of experience in export or international sales within food, pharma, or nutraceuticals.

Knowledge of export documentation, logistics coordination, and incoterms.

Strong communication, email writing, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Willingness to travel abroad as needed.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
