Identify and develop new international markets and customers to drive export sales growth.
Conduct lead generation through market research, online platforms, trade shows, and industry networks.
Handle inquiries from overseas clients, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
Manage the complete export sales cycle - from order processing to dispatch and post-sales support.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, documentation, finance) to ensure timely deliveries.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in global markets.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
