Key Responsibilities:
Manage international B2B sales via email, WhatsApp, and platforms like Alibaba, Indiamart, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers (retailers, resellers, boutiques).
Conduct virtual product walkthroughs and showroom tours.
Research potential leads from Instagram, Google, etc., and organize data in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate shipments, prepare export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes).
Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and generate weekly reports.
Recommend trending crystal products based on buyer needs.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in exports, B2B sales, or client communication
Good English communication (spoken + written)
Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp
Knowledge of crystals/healing products is a bonus
