Export Sales Executive (intern)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in identifying potential

international clients and markets.

Support the preparation of

sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

. Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for export shipments.

Prepare and maintain export-related documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.).

Conduct market research on global trade trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Communicate with overseas

clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

Support the export sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Help in tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate

records of sales data, reports, and client interactions.


Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Strong interest in international trade and export sales

. Basic knowledge of export procedures and documentation (preferred).

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
