Madhur Confectioners Private Limited is a Confectionery Manufacturing firm based in Indore since 1996. We are looking for an Export Manager to join our team for the upcoming month. The main tasks of the Export Manager will be to generate new sales leads, take regular follow-ups and prepare all necessary documents. Madhur Confectioners also participates in global exhibitions like Gulf Food Products, Yummex, AAHAR, and many others as part of its global presence. Therefore as a part of this job the employee must also have to travel abroad and do all preparations regarding the exhibit.Key responsibilities: You will be required to find new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries. Studying the market in the target country or countries Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends Meeting with clients here or overseas Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets Managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports. You will be responsible for Planning, Designing, Developing & Implementing different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements. You will also monitor new market trends, and analyze & develop plans for growth.Order Entry and Administration Responsible for overseeing and contributing to: Receiving customer orders; comparing against quotations; working with other departments to resolve order queries; setting up new accounts; agreeing to payment terms; preparing and sending sales acknowledgments (confirming lead times) to customers whilst also adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Raising customer sales invoices, and proforma invoices using commercial software whilst also adhering to company policies. Oversee the export inbox; organize and clear down daily, ensuring that all queries have been resolved or assigned, supporting the team on complex queries.Customer Support (Internal and External) Assisting with complex queries regarding orders, shipments, and compliance from internal departments. Ensuring customers are fully informed with all relevant information regarding their orders and shipments. Managing day-to-day operational requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively working with other departments. e.g. daily issuing of the next day's shipment list, and working with the Production Manager to check the works order status of shipments due during the next week.Essential Skills Employee must have excellent communication skills. A large part of this job involves interacting with clients via email, zoom meetings, phone calls, and other mediums. Employee must have excellent problem-solving skills as this would help our organization to better understand the situation to ensure timely solutions for customers' problems. Individual must hold personal decision-making skills as this would be helpful for both employer and employee for swift working.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per monthBenefits:
