Communicate with overseas clients via email, calls & video meetings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers
Understand buyer requirements and country-specific regulations
Follow up for repeat orders and timely payments
Export Coordination
Coordinate with
export documentation team, logistics, CHA & freight forwarders
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
Ensure smooth execution of export orders as per agreed terms
Reporting & Market Analysis
Maintain sales records and MIS reports
Monitor international market trends and competitor activity
Share market feedback with management for business growth
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce, International Business, Marketing preferred)
0-3years experience in
Export Sales / International Sales
Excellent
English communication (written & spoken)
Basic knowledge of
export procedures, Incoterms & payment terms
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication & CRM tools
Experience with B2B portals is a strong advantage
Foreign language skills will be an added benefit
