Job Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Export Sales Executive
to drive our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, managing overseas client relationships, handling export documentation, and closing deals--primarily in the chemical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities through market research and B2B platforms
Respond to overseas inquiries, provide product details, quotations, and negotiate pricing
Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams for timely export dispatches
Represent the company at international trade exhibitions (as applicable)
Maintain strong communication with international clients and resolve issues efficiently
Prepare export sales forecasts and performance reports
Ensure compliance with export documentation (LCs, shipping documents, certificates of origin, etc.)
Stay updated on international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export norms
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred)
2-3 years of experience in Export Sales (preferably in chemicals/pharma/raw materials)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and B2B platforms
Knowledge of international logistics, DGFT, EXIM policy, and export benefits schemes
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and in teams
