Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:




Identify and pursue new export markets and customers.


Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and direct customers.


Manage a portfolio of existing export clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery of orders.


Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned regions.


Meet export sales targets through strategic approaches.


Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.


Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage export documentation.

Knowledge and Skill Required:




Candidates with B.Tech or BE in electrical/mechanical/ or any other related field.


2-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the pump or industrial equipment sector.


Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and export documentation.


Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to travel internationally as required.
