We are looking for a competitive Export Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities within the country & internationally. Export Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products we\'d like to meet you. Ultimately, you\'ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company\'s rapid and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients in the target industries. Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking. Understand the unique requirements and needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands. Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information, negotiate terms, and close sales. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Coordination with overseas clients/vendors. Timely execution of shipments. To handle inbound and outbound cargo movements. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team. Requirements Bachelors Degree Experience range :3-5yrs Strong sales and negotiation skill along with the experience in field of Sales & Marketing from Export Industry Knowledge of using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines. Prior experience in the readymade garment industry will be an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Comfortable with using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Air Sea & Road shipments Knowledge of shipping documents Openness to mobility/travel Must have Knowledge - Merchant Exporters & Buying Agents
