  • Develop and execute export sales strategies, targeting international markets for water treatment products.
  • Identify, manage, and grow relationships with key international clients and distributors.
  • Drive negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with overseas partners.
  • Manage the complete export process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
  • Monitor and manage product shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to international trade laws.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, operations) to align export processes with client needs.
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows, both virtual and on-site, to promote the company and products.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for the management team.
Requirements and skills
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in export sales or a related field.
  • Technical background preferred (engineering, chemistry, or water treatment technology).
  • Hands-on experience in selling Ion Exchange Resins, Activated Carbon, or other water treatment products.
  • Willingness to work both day and night shifts to support international clients across different time zones.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage global clients, develop relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and an ability to work with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in the water treatment or chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of water purification systems, filter media, or similar products.
  • Experience in attending international trade fairs and exhibitions.
