Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
  • Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify potential export customers and develop strategies to attract and maintain their business
  • Generate sales leads and set appointments with prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to communicate the company\'s products and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
