Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive
Export Sales Executive
who can build long-term relationships with importers and dealers, understand market needs, and grow our international business with a consultative approach -- not hard selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand importer & dealer networks across international markets
Handle export inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closures
Understand customer pain points and recommend the right ACE solutions
Promote ACE product portfolio: Rock Breakers, Pneumatic Tools, Mining Tools & Spares
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth exports
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Build trust through regular communication and after-sales support
Participate in exhibitions, virtual meetings, and distributor onboarding
What We're Looking For
2-5 years experience in
Export Sales / International Business
(tools or industrial products preferred)
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and documentation
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow globally
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp & CRM-based follow-ups
