We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Export Sales Documentation. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting export-related activities, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support export sales activities and ensure smooth execution of export orders.
Prepare and manage commercial export documents in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Maintain accurate records and handle all documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Submit and follow up on orders with the factory, monitoring progress through to completion.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify potential new customers.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational and documentation issues.
Provide timely communication and updates to management and customers.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4 years of experience in Export Sales Documentation (FMCG / Foods / Beverages preferred).
Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping regulations, and trade compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Patient, persistent, and capable of handling tasks under pressure.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in senior-level documentation roles in export sales.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
