Contact international prospects and clients via telephone to promote and sell natural stone products (Marble, Granite, limestone etc)
Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, overcoming objections as needed.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Follow up on leads, perform timely follow-through, and research new business opportunities.
Coordinate internally with logistics and export documentation teams for seamless order processing.
Report regularly to management on sales progress and customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements
2-4 years' experience in international telesales, with demonstrated success in export sales (natural stones industry preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with international markets, export processes, and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Goal-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
