will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the sales team, handling export documentation, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, export documentation, and logistics, with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and maintaining customer records.
Manage and prepare all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Oversee and coordinate logistics and transportation processes for timely and accurate delivery of goods. Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Process sales orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Maintain and update sales and customer data in the company's CRM system, generating reports as needed for management review.
Collaborate with various departments, including finance, production, and procurement, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes.
Skills:
Proficiency in handling export documentation and understanding international trade regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
