Key Responsibilities:


Manage export inquiries, quotations, and communication with overseas clients and agents. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for order planning and shipment. Prepare and manage export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.). Enter and maintain all export data and order details in the ERP system (ERP knowledge is a must). Ensure timely follow-up on payments, shipments, and documentation compliance. Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for export logistics. Support the Export Manager in developing new markets and maintaining client relationships. Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:


Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in export coordination, preferably in the machinery or engineering industry. Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Hands-on experience in ERP software

(mandatory). Good knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and LC handling. Proficient in MS Office and email communication. * Organized, self-driven, and capable of multitasking.
