Prepare and manage all export-related documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Laisse with internal departments to gather necessary data for documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and client-specific documentation requirements.
On-board new international clients by facilitating documentation for account setup, trade terms, and export compliance.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and client communications.
Assist in handling Letters of Credit, bank documentation, and payment tracking related to overseas sales.
Monitor and update internal systems with shipment and order status.
Address and resolve any issues related to documentation or export processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or international sales support.
Worked in industries such as manufacturing, or trading companies with global clients.
Experience dealing with overseas clients.
Strong understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and global trade documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
