Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

female candidate

for our

Export Sales Executive

role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for international business, and a strong command of Excel. She will be responsible for handling international clients, documentation, coordination with logistics, and assisting in expanding our overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle international customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for order fulfillment. Prepare and maintain sales reports, shipment schedules, and export documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and agents. Support the export manager in achieving monthly and annual export targets. Assist in international exhibitions, client visits, and export market research. Ensure timely submission of commercial documents like Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc. Maintain customer databases and ensure proper data tracking in Excel. Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance department for collections.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Female candidate only. 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in Export/International Sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual abilities (English + Hindi + additional language preferred). Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong follow-up skills. Experience in B2B or industrial product sales will be an added advantage. Willingness to learn international market dynamics and export procedures.
