Export Sales
Identify and develop new international buyers, distributors, and B2B customers.
Handle inquiries and generate leads through portals like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportHub.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas buyers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients for repeat and long-term business.
Export Operations & Documentation
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth execution of export orders.
Prepare and manage export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, LC, BL, GR, COO, etc.).
Ensure compliance with export regulations and buyer country-specific requirements.
Marketing & Business Development
Support in developing marketing strategies for international markets.
Prepare product brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and international demand patterns.
Manage Rajashree's brand presence on B2B platforms and social media.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
