Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, customs coordination, logistics, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international shipments. Serve as the operations backbone for the export team and a support system to the sales function

Handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL, COO, etc.) o Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping agents

Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/export regulations Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records in Tally and Excel Track consignments and resolve operational bottlenecks Communicate with international clients and internal teams for delivery updates Support the sales team with client requirements related to documentation and shipping Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes Familiarity with Indian customs, DGFT, and INCOTERMS Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and shipment tracking portals Coordination and negotiation with freight and logistics vendors

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
