We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Export and International shipping operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end export processes, coordinating with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Warehouse and Internal Teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. Accuracy and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with CHA, Liners & Forwarding agents for smooth cargo clearance.
Follow up with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters for schedules, rates, and shipment status.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for seamless export operations.
Maintain daily inventory records in coordination with the warehouse team.
Track shipments until final destination and provide regular status updates.
Maintain proper records of shipments, documents, and stuffing reports.
Prepare MIS reports related to shipment status and export performance.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Export documentation, INCOTERMS, Indian Customs procedures & Regulatory Knowledge.
Good understanding of International logistics and shipping operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
