Job Title: Export Operations Executive (Male Candidates Only)

We are seeking a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Export Operations Executive to manage and support the complete export process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in export documentation, coordination with customs authorities, and strong knowledge of international shipping procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions & Shipping Details, Certificate of Origin/GSP, Letter of Credit (L/C) documents, eBRC documentation, Airway Bill (AWB) / Bill of Lading (BL), Proforma Invoice, and Sales Invoice. Ensure accuracy of all export documents as per buyer requirements, INCOTERMS, and customs guidelines.
Coordinate with customs clearing and forwarding agents for timely clearance and movement of cargo. Follow up with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters regarding schedules, rates, and shipment status. Communicate effectively with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless export operations.
Coordinate with warehouse team and maintain the inventory on daily basis
Track shipments until they reach the destination. Maintain systematic records of shipments, documents, and export incentives. Prepare regular MIS reports related to export performance, shipment status, and documentation updates.
Provide timely updates to customers and respond promptly to export-related queries. Maintain high levels of professionalism and accuracy while interacting with clients.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of export processes, INCOTERMS, customs clearance, and documentation
Good understanding of international trade logistics and shipping operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
