About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Export Merchandiser

from the

woven-based garment industry

to manage product development, execution, order coordination, and shipment handling for international clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling woven styles, vendor management exposure, costing knowledge, and an understanding of TNA and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for woven products. Coordinate sampling, proto development & approvals. Prepare & manage

Tech Packs/BOMs

for approved styles. Maintain & follow strict

TNA (Time & Action Calendar)

. Price & cost styles and finalize quotations. Coordinate with purchase team for fabric & trims sourcing. Follow up with production teams to ensure timely execution. Maintain communication with overseas buyers & internal teams. Manage external vendors for printing, embroidery & other job works. Ensure timely delivery & dispatch of orders.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Fashion/ Apparel / Textile / Merchandising Experience working with international buyers
