Key Responsibilities:
Independently search and develop new export buyers
through personal networks, B2B portals, social platforms, exhibitions, and market research.
Generate export leads
and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Handle buyer communication from inquiry to order completion, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the process.
Prepare product quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize order terms.
Coordinate with design, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams for timely execution of orders.
Develop product samples as per buyer specifications -- ensuring accuracy in design, materials, prints, and finishing.
Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
Manage export documentation, labeling, packaging, and shipping procedures.
Maintain complete buyer records, correspondence, and sampling details.
Research new markets and monitor competitor activity in eco-friendly bag exports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in
Textile / Fashion / Export Management / International Business

Minimum 3-5 years of experience
as an Export Merchandiser in the
Jute or Cotton Bags
industry (mandatory).
Must have
own working knowledge and experience in finding new international buyers
and developing export leads.
Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and global trade regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of sustainable fabrics, eco-friendly printing, and packaging trends preferred.
