Education:



Preferably an Engineer or Science Graduate

Experience:



3 to 7+ years of experience in export marketing of Industrial Products, including documentation and international customer handling.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:



Plan and implement effective

export marketing strategies

to develop business in overseas markets. Develop and execute

export sales plans

, ensuring customer retention and long-term growth in assigned regions. Coordinate export sampling, send trial reports, and maintain communication with international buyers. Identify, appoint, and manage international

dealers/agents/distributors

to expand company presence. Contribute to formulation of export marketing policies, pricing strategies, and country-specific approaches. Prepare and manage all required

export documentation

(Invoices, Packing List, LC Documentation, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, BL, etc.). Ensure compliance with

export regulations, customs requirements, BIS/CBAM certifications

, and customer-specific standards. Generate enquiries from overseas markets & approach potential buyers/importers. Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and ensure smooth

logistics coordination

for timely shipments. Maintain accurate reporting and planning systems for export orders, shipments, and pipeline business. Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers to develop repeat and long-term business opportunities. Use CRM software for managing overseas leads, follow-ups, and order tracking. Represent the company at

international exhibitions/trade fairs

, prepare marketing materials, and follow up on leads. Handle all communication with overseas customers professionally via email, calls, and virtual meetings. Execute other export-related tasks as assigned by management.
